Delete your honeyletter account

One email does it. Here's exactly what happens and how long it takes.

  1. Email hello@honeyletter.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Sending from the account address is how we confirm the request is really yours.
  2. We remove your member row, your sign-in, and your push token within 7 days, and reply to confirm when it's done.
  3. The daily letter stops too — unless you tell us you'd like to keep receiving the free letter. Just say so in the same email.
  4. Nothing is retained after. No shadow copy, no “deactivated” row left behind.

Cancelling a paid subscription is separate: do that in your Apple or Google Play account settings, or deleting the account won't stop the billing.
