Two strangers lifted a car off his chest just in time

A father of two in Queensland is recovering after strangers lifted a 3,300-pound car off his chest with seconds to spare. Tyler Wiebe was riding his motorcycle to work in Brisbane when a driver crossed into oncoming traffic, sending a car surging backward and dragging him underneath. It stopped on his sternum. He couldn't breathe, and the pressure was so intense his heart couldn't beat. Rob and Brian, employees at a nearby business, heard the crash and ran out to find a pair of legs sticking out from under the vehicle. Their first attempt failed. Their second broke more of Wiebe's ribs. They kept going. "We just sort of grabbed the spot and just lifted with all our might," Rob said. Wiebe had surgery to stabilize a punctured lung and made a slow recovery. Later, on A Current Affair, he shook the men's hands and called them certified legends, through tears.
