01What we collect

The minimum we need to send you a daily email and run a small newsletter business.

02What we don't collect

03How we use it

04Meta Pixel disclosure

We use the Meta Pixel (also called Facebook Pixel) on honeyletter.app to measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel records page views and signup events and sends that data to Meta in aggregate form. It does not read the contents of your email, and it does not follow you to other websites on our behalf.

You can opt out of Meta's ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences, or block tracking pixels site-wide using a browser extension. The site works fine either way.

05Vendors we share data with

We use a small number of vendors to actually deliver the service. They handle the data only on our behalf, and they're not allowed to sell, share, or repurpose it.

06What we never do

07Your rights

08Cookies

We use the minimum cookies needed to make the subscribe form work and to fire the Meta Pixel. No advertising cookies beyond Meta Pixel. You can block them in your browser; the site still works.

09Children

honeyletter isn't directed at anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If we discover that a subscriber is under 13, we delete the data and the subscription.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we'll email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Smaller corrections — typos, clarifying wording — we just update the page and bump the effective date.

11Contact

Privacy questions, deletion requests, or anything else: hello@honeyletter.app. Put "Privacy" in the subject line and you'll get a quick reply.
